Before a treatment, your practitioner will propose a personalized treatment plan based on an initial assessment and health history. The assessment consists of various tests to determine the condition of your muscles and joints. Any personal and health information you provide to your Physiotherapist or Massage Therapist is completely confidential and will be safeguarded. Your health record cannot be released or transferred without your written consent.
Your Physiotherapist, Massage Therapist, and supporting staff must always obtain your consent in order to provide you treatment. We ensure we use respectable techniques such as draping with sheets and blankets to ensure your privacy is always maintained. Your privacy will always be respected, and you may withdraw your consent for treatment at any time.

Meet Your Physiotherapist: Michael Minder
Michael graduated in 2006 with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy, in New York State, U.S.A. In addition, he graduated with Honours in Kinesiology from York University, Toronto in 2003.
With 10 years of Orthopedic experience, Michael’s career has focused on Sports rehabilitation, motor vehicle accident patients, WSIB patients, chronic and acute injuries and pain management. In clinical practice, his treatment philosophy includes restoring joint mechanics with the use of manual therapy, muscle retraining and correcting movement dysfunction through motor control strategies.
By providing individualized, one-on-one treatment and developing client-centered exercise programs Michael is constantly working to achieve his patient’s treatment goals.
